Once again, the NAC and Makapo Aquatics welcome the youth from the Braille Institute.  Every Friday till the end of July, some 20 blind and visually impaired youth will come to the NAC to train like real paddlers.  Combining weight training, cardio training, and paddling, the youth will prepare for a series of sprint races to be held at the NAC on July 31.
